It's a small room with 2 beds, a shower, tv and a fridge. The staff was great 10 minutes to walk to the grand mosque. If you are looking for something luxurious and has a lot of facilities, this is not the place.

There is nothing in this hotel I could say I like. It is a nightmare and insecure place I lived. I think Booking.com should stop promoting this horrible hotel to customers even they pay you huge commission.

The entire staff very courteous and helpful.Rooms are clean big.little distance from the Haram but the hotel provides free shuttle, and there's a free public bus is available every few minutes.there are few restaurants are nearby and are are open late.
